İstanbul Üniversitesinden mezun olduktan sonra ,  Central European Üniversitesi tam burslu hukuk yüksek lisans derecesine eğitimini tamamlamış olup , Doktora eğitimine devam etmektedir. İstanbul barosuna kayıtlı olup 2022 yılından beri Oznur & Parters  Law Firm bünyesinde çalışmalarına devam etmektedir. Macaristan’da ve Türkiye’de Göç Hukuku, Şirketler Hukuku, Vergi hukuku ve Gayrimenkul Yatırımı alanında hukuki danışmanlık hizmeti sağlamaktadır.  İngilizce, Farsça ve Macarca bilmektedir.
